Our services cover all aspects of British immigration & nationality law

PROFESSIONAL ADVICE ON NATIONALITY LAW AND SPONSOR LICENSES

As one of the UK’s most active firms in the field of Immigration and Nationality Law, we have a deep and up to date knowledge of the way the law is implemented. This allows us to provide clients with accurate legal advice with confidence on complex matters such as human rights claims, sponsor licence applications and sponsor duties, employing foreign migrants, the civil penalties regime as well as the full extent of nationality law matters.

Representatives of this firm also provide external training and advice to fellow immigration practitioners, and commercial organisations.

CONSULTATION MEETINGS

We provide one hour long consultation meetings for both new and old clients so that we can conduct a preliminary assessment of your immigration matter. During that meeting we will take a full immigration history from you and will advise you as to the relevant legal options available.

IMMIGRATION APPEALS

We undertake a great deal of appeals work before the First-Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal, including carrying out in-house advocacy. We also have a great deal of experience and expertise in successfully pursuing applications (for permission to seek) Judicial Review at the Upper Tribunal and the High Court, and applications (for permission) to appeal to the Court of Appeal.

IN-COUNTRY AND ENTRY CLEARANCE APPLICATIONS

Our firm is well adapted to providing in-depth legal advice and assistance to individuals who and organisations which wish to submit an application, be it in the UK or from abroad, across the range of UK immigration and British Nationality matters. We strongly recommend that those who are considering an immigration application take advice and assistance from a specialist immigration solicitor both in the preparation and submission of their application. This will often avoid the need for a time consuming immigration appeal or Judicial Review.
