Best Interests of Children in EV (Philippines)
Despite finding, in a family's appeal against a decision to remove them, that the best interests of the children lay in continuing their education in the UK with both parents also remaining in the UK, a tribunal had been entitled to find that the need to maintain immigration control outweighed the children's best interests.
